The new energy campus was reopened on June 26, 2019.

First version of the decentralized transaction platform of pebbles completed

Siemens has implemented a first version of the decentralized transaction platform based on the open source framework Coaty (https://coaty.io). Based on this test system, the individual system participants and the blockchain components are gradually being integrated.

Visit of the chilean delegation

A delegation trip on the topic “Energy Transition in Germany”, organized by the German-Chilean Chamber of Industry and Commerce together with the Chilean transmission system operator “Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional” (CEN), also led to Wildpoldsried on 17 May.

On April 4, 2019, an Australian delegation visited our project and the Energy Campus Wildpoldsried.

At the event organized by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Siemens had the opportunity to present the use of blockchain technology in the project.
