A successful integration test was conducted in Erlangen in December. This included the first energy trading between six participants (without real energy systems).

Communication between the participants and the energy market was carried out via the transaction platform developed by Siemens. Further long-term tests of the software functionality and the performance in the laboratory now follow before the demonstrator is put into operation in Wildpoldsried. There, the energy campus with four participants will be connected first, before the end consumers and then the virtual participants will be added step by step.
