On May 14, 2019, an Indonesian delegation from GIZ visited our project.

The guests from Indonesia with representatives of the government, local governor as well as energy suppliers were able to convince themselves of the technically innovative solutions in Wildpoldsried. In addition to a lively discussion on the role of utilities in a network of prosumers, photovoltaic and home appliances, they were interested in microgrid and off-grid operation. They were also very interested in the combination of photovoltaics, electromobility, combined heat and power plant and cooling.

After the day at the energy campus, the visit to the swarm storage station Allgäu in Dietmannsried and the hydropower plant Keselstraße in Kempten were on the program.
