On May 13, 2019, a GIZ delegation from Pakistan visited our energy campus. GIZ – German Association for International Cooperation is a service provider for international cooperation for sustainable development and international educational work, which cooperates with companies, civil society actors and scientific institutions. They are involved in various fields around the world such as energy and the environment.

The focus of the trip was on the progress of renewable energies in Germany and especially in Wildpoldsried. The guests from Pakistan were able to gain an overview of the already implemented and planned intelligent solutions in Wildpoldsried.

In addition to interesting discussions with representatives of the government and experts from the fields of photovoltaics and energy supply convinced the Microgrid and the off-grid operation.
